Thanks, I did check it out, and it was helpful...I unfortunately caught my first show in '89, so I am looking to beef up my collection of the earlier stuff, and you all have the right brains to pick!!! I'm compiling opinions, and will post for anyone who is interested after a few more responses. Thanks to everyone at the archive!!!

Take a look at 76 and 77 - Lots of good shows - also 83 and 84 has lots of good shows - go up to deadlists.com - look at the set lists and pick shows that look good to you - if the archive has a good quality recording go for it - prior to this was a band I never saw - lots of good mind bending stuff though - have fun -
